1	Are there problems with Hieroglyphica and Windows Vista? Its a lovely program but it keeps stopping working. Reinstalling works for a time and then it happens again. The program hasn't been tested with Windows Vista yet. We will test Hieroglyphica with Vista soon and let you know if/then we found a solution.
2	I would like add signs in the hieroglyphica database In which format i must to do this? (PNG, SVG) and what tool i must to use? Thanks. You should use the .BMP image format. It will be converted to vector format automatically during importing.
3	how to download? Please go to the http://www.hieroglyphica.com/download.php page and choose appropriate item for downloading. You will be taken to the login screen, where you need to enter your personal information. After what you will be able to download the file. If you still have some problems with downloading the file please let us know and we will send you the file directly.
